What do students learn in your class?
"I teach Chemistry and if you happen to be in my class, appreciate that atoms have a very intriguing dual nature: dependable yet mischievous. They form the bedrock of our existence, yet surprise us with their versatility. So, when encountering an atom, remember the saying: “Never trust an atom, they make up everything.” But also appreciate their role in the grand chemical symphony that surrounds us."
What do students learn in your class?
"Throughout the academic year, my students delve into the mysteries of our planet and the cosmos, fostering a deep understanding of Earth's geological processes, celestial phenomena, and the interconnectedness of the natural world. Our classroom is a dynamic space where scientific inquiry takes center stage. Students learn to think critically, ask probing questions, and conduct hands-on investigations that mirror the scientific process. From exploring the intricacies of plate tectonics to unraveling the mysteries of the solar system, my goal is to instill not just knowledge, but a genuine passion for Earth and Space Science."

"I strive to incorporate engineering solutions to environmental problems within my physics course and highlight the importance of biodiversity within my biology course."
